Valentine Giveaway

Posted by Dianne Christner - Christian Fiction Author on February 12, 2013 at 3:00 AM

I want to toss some love your way by hosting a giveaway

for my latest romance novel,

Something Blue

Book Three of the Plain City Bridesmaids series

You'll notice a porch swing on the cover of Something Blue. I loved bringing it into the story. For many years hubby and I solved problems or just enjoyed each other's company on our porch swing. We no longer have one, but we do have an oversized chair in our living room that serves the same purpose.

Do you have a porch swing?

Since this is the season to get mushy, I want you to know how much I appreciate every blog comment, email, and internet communication. Writing is a privilege because it creates a special friendship bridge from my world to yours. Getting to know you brings joy and meaning into my life. I keep a prayer book where I remember internet friends and readers. In many ways, you are dear to my heart.

In order to participate in this giveaway, just leave a comment. If you are not one of my registered readers, you will need to leave an email addy with your comment, because the winner will be contacted via email.

Giveaway ends February 28th.

Thanks for being part of my world!

I loved reading all the comments about porch swings.

Thanks so much for sharing and entering this giveaway.

Our winner is Susan Fryman.

Such a nice post today. We no longer have a porch swing, but we plan to when we move back to Kentucky. We were just talking about how much we would like to have one again. Now we have chairs on our front porch and a built in picnic table in the back yard. Blessings and Happy Valentine's Day to you. Susan Fryman susanngarrylee@yahoo.com

I remember sitting on my Grandparents porch swing as a young girl and teenager. Loved to sit on it with my dear sweet grand mother. Such a pleasant memory. Wish we had one now, but don't have a porch any more. At least not like they used too. Thanks for a chance at winning your book.

My husband and I figure things out good, bad and ugly going for a drive. We both love just driving around and it seems to be the place we can talk and talk for hours!
What a great post and opportunity to win!
Thanks!

Although I have not read any of your books before I will be on the look out for them. I have read Amish books previously but I was not aware of any Mennonite Books. I will be anxious to read them.
Thank you and may you have a blessed day!!!

Never had a porch swing but they are so wonderful and have friends who did have them. I live in an apt. complex now so porch swings are out. But just being able to see them in photos makes me wish for one. Thanks for your wonderful books and looks like I now have a best new author. God bless.

There's something so peaceful and pleasant about porch swings, isn't there? We enjoy visiting with my in-laws on their back patio with their porch swing.

I don't have a porch swing. But my grandparents always had one. I loved it. My brother has it swinging from his porch now.

New to the site but love it. I love to read, especially Amish books. I'm always looking for new authors and new books! I do have a porch swing, where I spend a lot of time reading.
